W J Cadzow & Associates Ltd was contracted by Dan Phillips of Phillips Associates to produce the Building Consent documentation for this new multi building Apartment. The new buildings consists of two, five story apartment buildings; with car parking below each tower and a walkway bridge on each level between the towers

They are constructed from Precast concrete panels, Colorsteel roof, Unex postless balustrades on the decks and large double-glazed windows & doors throughout. It also has a rooftop balcony and BBQ area on the rear building that looks back over Auckland CBD. We were required to attend regular project design meetings with the client and all other consultants during the documentation period.
