Contract Draughting Services

We offer three categories of contract draughting services – architectural draughting, precast shop drawings and structural draughting.

All three categories require differing skills and we possess the experience and knowledge to provide the high quality documentation for all three.

We create these using AutoCAD®, Revit® Architecture, and Revit® Structure.

Architectural Contract Draughting Services

  • Liaise with the client to find out their needs so we can achieve them
  • Establish scope of contract works
  • Provide a fee proposal that reflects the scope of work expected
  • Liaise with any secondary consultants as required
  • Attend project meetings with or on behalf of the client
  • Become an extension of the clients drawing office - all designs are client driven
  • Produce concept, developed design, resource consent documentation and or full working drawings for building consent or tender purposes
  • Contract administration
  • Site inspections with or as the client’s representative

Structural Draughting Services

  • Liaise with the client to find out their needs so we can achieve them
  • Establish scope of contract works
  • Provide a fee proposal that reflects the scope of work expected
  • Attend regular meetings with the client
  • Become an extension of the clients drawing office
  • Provide coordination between Architectural & Structure models
  • Coordination with other consultants involved in the project
  • Produce the structural steel model & full working drawings for building consent or tender purposes

Precast Shop Drawing Services

  • Liaise with the client to find out their needs so we can achieve them
  • Establish scope of contract works
  • Provide a fee proposal that reflects the scope of work expected
  • Attend project meetings with the client
  • Become an extension of the clients drawing office
  • Produce shop drawings for fabrication

We also offer a full architectural design service, from small alterations and additions up to large scale commercial developments and everything in-between.

Services we typically provide

  •   We liaise with the client to find out their needs so we can achieve them
  •   Establish a scope of contract works
  •   Provide a fee proposal to the client that reflects the scope of work expected.
  •   Provide agreement for services
  •   Complete a full site measure to assess conditions and constraints, taking levels if required
  •   Produce the concept /sketch plans which are the clients wants and needs expressed on floor plans
  •   Produce developed design drawings which are further developed concept/sketch plans with more information shown
  •   If a resource consent is required we will liaise closely with a nominated planner and provide them any required resource consent drawings and documentation
  •   Produce full working drawings and supporting documentation required for building consent or tender purposes
  •   We can provide contract tendering and evaluation if requested
  •   Produce specifications using Masterspec
  •   Provide H1 calculations as required for building consent
  •   We can provide contract administration and construction observation
  •   We will liaise with any secondary consultants within the project, such as engineers
  •   We can coordinate and review secondary consultants’ documentation
  •   We take care of the lodgement of the building consent documentation with the appropriate local authority and liaise with them to obtain the building consent as your agent
