W J Cadzow & Associates Ltd was approached by Michael Wyatt Architect Ltd to do contract draughting for the production of construction and tender drawings for the new Queenstown Casino building. The new building consists of three stories; with shops on the ground floor level, restaurants, bars and shops on the second floor arcade, and a casino on third floor.

W J Cadzow & Associates Ltd were required to attend regular project design meetings.
