We were engaged as a contract draughting resource to David Stringer Architects Ltd, to produce the building consent and construction drawings for this new three-story mixed-use development project located in Frankton, Queenstown.

Due to Covid-19, all our project design meetings with the David Stringer Architects were conducted over video conference or phone calls for the duration of the documentation phase.
